After many years supporting children and young people across Bromley, we have made the difficult decision to close Supply & Demand. Throughout this process, our priority has always been our students, our tutors, and ensuring the best possible continuity for everyone involved.
Having spent time with Naz and the Powertutors team, we quickly recognised that they share the values that have made Supply & Demand such a successful organisation. Their commitment to children with SEND, Alternative Provision and personalised education mirrors everything we have worked to build.
We are now working closely with Powertutors and supporting them in onboarding our tutor network. We would strongly encourage you to register — we believe they are the right organisation to continue the legacy we have built together, and to offer you exciting opportunities in the future.

We work with local authorities, schools and families to deliver high-quality, personalised education, and are proud to be one of the largest providers supporting Surrey County Council, Cognus (Sutton) and Hampshire County Council. We've been working closely with Kay, Fiona and Jordan to understand every aspect of the service they have built, and we're delighted that Jordan is expected to join Powertutors as a dedicated Bromley Account Manager. Beyond Bromley, we deliver provision across Surrey, Sutton, Hampshire, Kent and Medway, with regular opportunities for QTS teachers, specialist tutors and Learning Support Assistants.
Our hope — and our plan — is to continue the wonderful work Supply & Demand has built here in Bromley. We're preparing now so that we're ready to step in and provide continuity for children and young people from September. Having experienced local tutors alongside us is a big part of being ready, which is why we'd love you to join us now.
